Characterized as a “militant liberal” by Republican Senator Scott Brown, Elizabeth Warren has entered the Massachusetts Democratic Party’s U.S. Senate nomination 2012 fray. She is hoping to meet Brown head to head in the Massachusetts general elections and continue the tactics and ideas that her party favors. Those beliefs have put America $14 trillion in the hole, have sent billions of dollars to China and Saudi Arabia, and currently compels billions of dollars of corporate money to remain offshore because they are taxably punished if they bring it home.
Passionate Consumer Advocate
In her circle, Warren is known as a passionate consumer advocate and she has even spoken against the federal system of investigation when it comes to mortgage abuses and illegal foreclosures. Warren serves as a senior advisor to President Barrack Obama as well as Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner. People all over the country have been calling on foreclosureattorneys so that they can somehow manage to save their homes from being foreclosed upon.
Investigate Frank Too
Many borrowers and homeowners have stated that their homes were illegally seized by banks like JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Ally Financial. With foreclosure attorneys by their side, these homeowners have appealed for investigations into the foreclosure process but Warren is of the belief that enough is being done to save them from their unjust plight. She claims that there has not been an “adequate” investigation into the matter by federal agencies and the cases need to be looked through again. While they do that, they can look at the Fannie Mae cover up by Barnie Frank which is largely what started this mess.
Jobs and Homes
Foreclosure attorneys are the ones people turn to create a debt restructuring plan with hopes of making affordable payments toward their homes instead of simply losing them to the banks. Brownis the crusader that Massachusetts homeowners need and will hard to bringing some respectability back to this backward and anti-business state. After all, you cannot own a home if you do not have a job.
